Amazing support throughout the process. Nalam in the sales department was incredibly helpful; I had tons of questions, and she was awesome at responding to me promptly every time. The guys who delivered were also super friendly and professional, and they assisted us with understanding the basics. I would totally recommend!

We are totally thrilled with our new hot tub. The quality is top-notch, and it came with all the essentials. Roman Spa provided outstanding service, both from their customer support and the delivery/installation crew. The price and package deal were really good too.

Fantastic service from Nalam throughout the whole process. The delivery and setup were super quick, thanks to two awesome guys, Damien and Frank. I was able to choose a delivery date that suited me perfectly. These guys knew their stuff and were really professional, explaining everything from maintenance to simple chemical procedures. The hot tub is gorgeous and top-notch quality. Definitely recommend it!

Delivery was handled by Damien and Frank bright and early, and they had the tub installed and ready for us to enjoy that very evening - and let me tell you, the tub is just perfect. They took the time to explain how to maintain the water and use the right chemicals to keep it in top shape, and the team is always available for any questions.

From the initial contact all the way to delivery and setup, Roman Spas has been amazing. We never felt any pressure to purchase our hot tub. Nalam provided great advice and suggested the perfect hot tub for us, and she hit the nail on the head. It's absolutely fantastic. The delivery crew, Alex and Ben, went above and beyond for us. They didn't leave until we were totally happy. Unfortunately, we had a leak from the tub after they departed, but a quick call to the office had Alex back in less than an hour to fix it. He even stuck around for another hour to ensure the hot tub was working properly for us. Overall, an outstanding service, and we would definitely recommend Roman Spas to anyone considering a hot tub.

Outstanding support from the team as soon as we entered the place. I really can’t complain about the service or the cost. We’ve been enjoying our hot tub for a few weeks now and it’s fantastic. Today, on April 4th, I had my new hot tub spa delivered and set up by Damien and Dan. They showed up right on time and skillfully got it through my neighbor's fence to the right spot. They walked me through how to use it and explained all the chemicals involved. Plus, they provided info on their servicing plan. Super friendly and helpful! There was a tiny mark on one side, but they quickly called to order a replacement part. Awesome experience! 😁

Damien and Dan showed up bright and early today to set up our new hot tub. They were super professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. This morning, Damien and Dan made the trek to Portsmouth to set up our hot tub. They were super friendly, really helpful, and shared a lot of useful info. We’re thrilled with our new hot tub and can’t wait to jump in - just gotta wait for it to heat up first!
